Job Description

  • Shifts:
  • Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700
  • Pay rate:
  • £20k per annum
  • Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a team to produce Client documentation
  • Ensure data files are managed in accordance with schedules, managing customer data from multiple sources on a daily basis, assess the data through the pre-processing application.
  • Compile verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry (where required), conversion, splitting and testing.
  • Enter and update data into internal IT system Uniprint. Supported by UNIX and CQCS
  • Check and validate data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and manually keying any missed or incorrect information.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete files/data where necessary or escalate to Data PreparationManager where assistance is required.
  • Comply with departmental procedures and work instructions, ensure work is carried out effectively and efficientlyfollowing all processes, as trained.
  • Output data to required workstreams within SLAs.
  • Liaise with internal departments on any day to day issues. Escalate issues to Line Manager a timely manner (wherenecessary).
  • Maintain high standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Comply with data integrity, security policies and fulfilling client confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide advice and assistance to clients, auditors as directed by the Data Preparation Manager, on data processingmethodology and best practice (where applicable).
  • Work under minimal supervision
  • Requirments:
  • Previous print/ manufacturing environment experience preferable
  • Admin experience desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Good computer skills including spreadsheets and dagta entry
  • Good communication skills and an understanding of verbal and written English
  • Work to strict deadlines
  • Meet targets
  • Have a desire to progress
  • Excellent attendance levels and attitude
