Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Training Manager - Learning Management System Provider (SaaS) to join the team.Location: Leeds or London Office with Hybrid Working (Anticipated Office based 2-3 days per week)Salary: £45,000 Basic + Additional PackageAbout The Company:Our client is a growing provider of LMS to a range of clients across public and private sector, operating across the UK. The business has recently had some significant wins with some notable brands and is now looking to bring on board a Customer TrainingManager to help drive knowledge uptake, customer efficiencies and satisfaction. The business Head Office is in Manchester with satellite offices in Leeds, London and Glasgow. The business has doubled its turnover (now stands at £5M) over in the last 24 monthsand is primed to experience further growth after a recent wins with a series of new clients.Customer Training ManagerThe Role:As Customer Training Manager you will be responsible for increasing knowledge and awareness of how the LMS works, its functionality and how the customer can get the best out of the service. As such, you will be responsible for the roadmap, design andproduction of all required training materials. You will design and run webinars, lead on the introduction of a certified user programme - ultimately this role has been created in order to fill in customer knowledge gaps, build confidence and drive customeradvocacy of the products and services delivered by this organisation.Customer Training ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Drive knowledge uptake of existing customer organisations through the delivery of training programmes across various forms of media- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training/project requirements and timescales- Design, develop and deliver a customer based user certification programmeMonitor feedback and reporting relating to feedback on training programmes (and as a step further product feedbackfunctionality/usability etc.)Customer Training ManagerYou:- You must have prior experience of designing and delivering training programme for external use (ideally in a SaaS or technical environment)- Have an ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders- Have experience of delivering online and offline trainingCustomer Training ManagerBenefits:- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays- Life Assurance- Company Profit related bonus- Pension- Additional Employee benefits- Ride to work schemeTo submit your CV for this exciting Customer Training Manager opportunity, please click Apply now!
