As part of the incredible team that’s making these changes work.As a Debt Advisor in our Client Support team you’ll be taking inbound calls in a busy contact centre environment. You’ll be helping clients to manage their existing debt solution with annual reviews and change in circumstance reviews, giving general debt advice and providing support and advice when payments can’t be made, you will also be dealing with plan closures.
