Job Description

Customer Success Manager £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + BenefitsHybrid working once training is completed - 2 days from home, 3 days in the office Leeds City CentreOur client is a rapidly expanding marketing technology platform that works with customers with ecommerce websites. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. For this role we are looking for people with some digital marketing experience, PPC, SEO or ecommerce marketing experience. This is a client facing role and you will need to have excellent communication skills and client relationship building skills alongsidean understanding of ecommerce, google shopping and PPC.The role will involve onboarding new clients onto the platform, providing a consultative approach, delivering presentations and training for the clients, carrying out account reviews, and becoming an expert on the platform.As a Customer Success Manager for this dynamic company, your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Being the key contact for a variety of key clients
  • Developing and managing client relationships, delivering presentations and thinking creatively to provide solutions
  • Creating strategic plans for clients, outlining how to achieve your set sales targets
  • Attending bi annual reviews of your key Accounts with the Sales Director and Client Services Director
  • Quality control; ensuring all work follows brand guidelines
  • Managing clients orders from initial quotation stage to order processing, through production, to invoicing stage and then obtaining feedback
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with both clients and key departments and ensuring they are fulfilling their duties within a timescale
To succeed in this fantastic Junior Account Management role, the following experience and skills are required:
  • An understanding of ecommerce websites, digital marketing, google shopping, PPC, SEO,
  • A proven track record in Client or Account Management, or customer service
  • A confident and proactive approach to all situations
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A professional manner, confident over the phone and email
  • A resilient personality who is always looking to improve their already fantastic work
  • A passionate, friendly individual who will take ownership of the role
