Customer Success Analyst Leeds City Centre - Hybrid, 2 days from home, 3 days in the officeSalary: up to £30,000Excellent opportunity for progression and training.We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Analyst to work for a fast-growing SaaS software business in Leeds City Centre. Working within a new team, the role will involve supporting clients once they have gone live on the software, producingbespoke reporting and MI for clients, dealing with support queries, technical investigations and problem solving.Ideally you will have strong Excel skills, knowledge of SQL or other reporting tools such as PowerBi, Amazon Quicksight, Tableau etc. You will need to show that you have experience dealing with large data sets and created bespoke reporting. Experience workingwithin a software environment is desirable, but we are open to people without this. You must be quick to learn and keen to work in a technical environment.Key duties:
