Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to get in with an established and rapidly growing bathroom and showering manufacturer, in this office based sales support and customer services role.Package: circa £24k-£28k basic, with a £2k-£4k annual company bonusLocation: Leeds, West YorkshireThe Role:

  • An office based customer focused role, working from my clients new UK head office in Leeds
  • To begin it will primarily be a reactive role, handling in coming enquires with a mix of sales, customer services, sales support and administration
  • Supporting the field based sales team, as well as their retailer, merchant and contractor accounts
  • As you settle into the role and get on top of things, it will free up time to proactively call around and support the showrooms and merchants
  • To help raise the companys profile and to increase awareness and sales of your bathroom products
    • The Successful Applicant:
  • Most importantly you will be confident on the phone, articulate with first class communication skills
  • Applicants with a bathrooms, KBB or interiors background will be readily received
  • Although this is not essential, just as long as you are professional and confident with transferable customer service skills
