Client DetailsPage Group are working in partnership with a key client who are a very modern and progressive business within the b2b sector. Based on the outskirts of Leeds, they are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them on an initial 6 months FTCDescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Provide the customer service team with direct leadership, support, training and development
  • Champion customer service across the business, ensuring a best in class service is provided to B2B customers at all time
  • Take direct ownership of any customer issues or concerns
  • Instil a "right first time" approach across the team when supporting customer queries or enquiries
  • Drive performance across the team through KPIs and SLAs
  • Review and improve existing process and procedures to help improve the overall customer journey
  • Use all available MI and insight available to highlight customer trends

Job OfferThe role of Customer Service Team Leader will join a very modern and progressive business based in Leeds on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract.The role offers:
