Job Description

Customer Service Team Leader Leeds Hybrid workingElevation Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a dynamic and rapidly growing business. The company pride themselves on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and, part of their expansion, they are currently seeking an experiencedCustomer Service Team Leader to join their contact centre.Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Proactively lead, coach and support a team of Customer Service Advisors
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1 to 1 performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, seeking resolutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement solutions
  • Utilise data insights to make informed decisions and implement improvements
Experience needed of the Customer Service Team Leader:
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalated customer issues
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
