Job Description

Customer Service SpecialistLocation: LeedsSalary:£24k-26kContract: PermanentHybrid option availableI am currently seeking a talented individual to join a Wealth management and professional services firm as part of their Operations Team. You will be providing a first class support function to the financial planning team.You will be responsible for engaging with internal clients and external providers as well as supporting Analysts in the completion of their tasks including monthly quality checks.Job Spec:- Acting on compliance, risk and quality issues where necessary.- Actioning all operational deliverables on time in line with SLAs, agreed quality standards and company requirements.- Review client file documents in accordance to compliance requirements.- Supporting your manager in supervising workflow.- Complete project related activities and general tasks as instructed by the Manager or Head of Operations.- Support and mentor Analysts with tasks where necessary to ensure an efficient and timely completion.- Complete script templates to company standard.- Manage change implementation projects and support the team manager during meetings and presentations.- Liaise with relevant product providers and third parties to ensure accurate policy information for script and valuation tasks.- Deliver initiatives that achieve and sustain continuous improvements in business performance.Person Spec:- Financial services experience preferable- Attained or working towards CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning- Solid understanding of financial planning, investment processes and discretionary investment management including knowledge of pensions, offshore bonds, ISAs including regulations.- Knowledge of software including IRESS Xplan and wealth management platforms.- Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain a positive attitude.- Excellent numeracy skills.- Ability to work towards a deadline whilst prioritising accordingly.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure excellent customer service for clients and third parties.Please apply below or contact me directly at if interested and we will be in touch if successful.
