The vacancyOne of the UKs largest independent Group of Accident Repair Centres, with a network of 17 sites located across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Humberside, and Merseyside with a projected turnover of £52m for 2022 and employing over 440 staff, arelooking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Leeds Site.We are all about the people within it and are confident it is one of the best in the industry. Our aim is to be the repairer of choice for our work providers, their customers, and colleagues within the industry, whilst ensuring that our customers are atthe heart of what we do.This role is a customer service role, where you will keep customers updated on the status of their repairs, book them in for repairs, and arrange collection and deliveries. Training will be provided.We are looking for individuals who have the can-do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and being flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.This role comes with a salary of £22000.00 - £24000.00 along with Bonus Opportunities.
