Lloyds Banking GroupCustomer Service AdvisorLovell Park, Leeds£10.11phPertemps are recruiting on behalf of a major bank for a customer service advisor in Leeds. You will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a passion for making a difference to customers in the financial sector.Working in the stockbroking side of the business, you will resolve customer enquiries and complaints using your sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore you will gain knowledge in a wealth of complaints policies and also provide technicalsupport.ROLE:6 month contract with the potential for further workMonday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 8am-6pmKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:To deliver first class customer service through the provision of accurate, professional and friendly contact over the phone to a wide range of customer enquiriesHandle all calls regarding products such as ISAs, pensions and Online Investment AccountsBuild relationships at peer level in order to clarify facts, verify technical details and exchange informationRecord all complaints in line with complaints handling policy, taking ownership of resolutionKEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:A positive attitude towards customer service and helping othersStrong communication skills, and able to present factual information in a logical and structured wayResilient under pressure and able to deal with complaints in a positive and professional mannerIT literate and comfortable with use of keyboardFlexible and can adapt to changing situationsAbility to motivate self and others to achieve challenging goals.WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:Full training in the office providedCompetitive rateThe chance for follow-up roles for the right candidatesThe opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the banking industryIf you are successful in your application you will need to pass a CREDIT CHECK and DBS CHECK
