Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for the busy head office of a leading fashion retailer in Leeds. This role will begin as a temporary contract for 3 months before being made permanent within the business, where the hourly rate will increase. We are looking for candidates with outstanding Customer Service skills who are passionate about the customer journey and love providing 1st class service.To be considered for this excellent Temp to Permanent opportunity as a Customer Service Advisor you will have the following skills;

  • Customer Service experience from the following environments; call centre, head office, sales office, retail, hospitality or hotels amongst others
  • Excellent telephone manner; professional, empathetic and positive
  • Good IT skills to be able to manage a large database of information
  • A stable career history with recent, relevant employment
  • You will be available to start immediately and commit to a temp to perm contract. If you are not interested in a permanent role then this isnt the position for you.As the temporary Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:
  • Handling inbound telephone calls from customers; dealing with enquiries and ad hoc complaints
  • Accurately processing sales orders onto the system for customers while theyre on the telephone
  • Investigating customer enquiries, such as late deliveries, with the courier companies used
  • Managing the expectations of customers regarding their orders and deliveries
  • The shift pattern will include some weekend working and shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday.We are looking for a positive, passionate, and engaging individual with a real can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.There are four jobs available so if you have the skills and experience outlined above, please contact us immediately to be considered for this superb opportunity.
