Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor this role has a strong focus on Sales and Warehouse management, as well as supporting in other areas of the branch, so this role is great for someone who loves to build relationships with their team and customers and enjoysan active and varied fast paced role.Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday Location - Unit 3002, Victoria Road, Leeds, LS14 2LAFirst and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. Experience within our industry is not essential, we are committed to providing you with the full tools and support required to carry out yourrole within JPS.Your day to day duties will be to:

  • Dealing with customers on the trade counter in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Processing orders, purchasing stock and taking stock levels
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on them
  • Maintaining high presentation standards in the working environment ensuring it is always kept clean, tidy and presentable
  • Using forklift trucks and other equipment to prepare stock for delivery, but dont worry full training will be provided
  • Accurately and efficiently identifying and picking stock to fulfil customer orders
  • Maintain stock levels and regular stock checks
  • Pick items to fulfil customer orders
  • Assist in the loading of operatives vans and serving
  • Unloading of supplier vehicles using a FLT where needed (training provided)
  • Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate areas
  • Learning products and processes in order to deliver a great customer experience
  • Make Health & safety a priority and keep yourself and others safe at work

  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
