Job Description

Customer Service Co-ordinator Location: Leeds (LS11)Pay £10.00 per hour On-going temporary assignment (potential to go permanent)Immediate start available!

This is an award wining team, who have extensive amounts of experience within their fieldof operations, meaning you will be surrounded by colleagues you can learn from and develop with.Main duties will include:
  • Manage new bookings and distribute work to relevant departments
  • Liaise daily with various teams
  • Ensure SLAs are adhered to
  • Plan best route of efficiency for colleagues who will be attending site visits
  • Escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our clients
  • Diary management
  • Providing high levels of customer service both internally and externally
Ideal applicants will have previous experience in customer service and diary management or administrative support. The ability to use your own initiative, common sense and manage own workload goes without saying.Benefits include:
