Job Description

Our client based in South Leeds are looking for a passionate Customer Service candidate to work in their team on an ongoing basis.Immediate start.Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 with half an hour Lunch.£12ph Working from a script you will be responsible for contacting Customers from an internal database.Your role-

  • Take control of call.
  • Act in a polite professional manner.
  • Processing payments via the phone.
  • Update system with relevant notes.
