Leeds, Lovell Park6 month contract£10.11phPertemps are recruiting on behalf of a major bank for a customer service administrator in Leeds. You will have excellent customer service skills, a professional telephone manner and a passion for making a difference in the financial sector.Working in the stockbroking side of the business, you will resolve customer enquiries and complaints using your sound judgement and problem-solving abilities. The role also involves carrying out clerical and administrative duties to a high standard. Furthermoreyou will gain knowledge in a wealth of complaints policies and provide technical support.ROLE:6 month contract with the potential for further workMonday to Friday, 8 hours a day between 8am-6pmKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver first class professional written and verbal service to internal and external customers through the accurate completion of administrative tasks within a team environment.Work with a flexible attitude and perform a daily quota of 50% customer service, 50% admin tasksCarry out a range of assigned clerical/technical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed, authorised and recorded accurately and adheres to specified Group policies and business procedures.Take incoming calls on a range of stockbroking poducts such as ISAs, online investment accounts and self invested personal pensionsRecord all customer complaints received in line with the group complaints handling policy, take ownership for resolution, resolve complaints where possible and reach the correct outcome.Thoroughly scrutinise all documents and requests for validity and ensure transaction input is performed with high levels of speed and accuracy, Raise routine correspondence where appropriateKEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:Telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail when completing admin and clerical dutiesPositive communication skillsA flexible approach to learning new tasksWHATS IN IT FOR YOU:Training in the office providedFollow-up roles providedThe chance to develop a broad range of both admin and customer service duties, offering the opportunity to develop furtherIN ORDER TO SECURE THIS ROLE YOU MUST PASS A CREDIT CHECK OR DBS CHECK
