Job Description

Here at Minster we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator, this is an ideal role for someone with good admin and customer service skills who might be looking for a change. This role could suit someone with face to face customerservice experience who is looking for a change in direction, you could come from a variety of industries, as long as you have good general admin skills we will provide you with all the product and on the job training required to be successful.The role would see you supporting the Sales Manager in general account management duties, customer engagement, creating estimates, updating the client / customer database, contacting previous customers via phone / email and dealing with sales enquiries.While previous experience would be advantageous, its most certainly not essential. With the right attitude, communication and general admin skills we can provide you with a good level of support and training.Youll be working for Minster Insulation & Dry Lining in Hunslet, Leeds. Minster is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK, Minster is the fastest growing business in its field with 26 outlets (9 opened in the last 12 month). The sitein Leeds opened in December.   • Previous direct customer engagement (Not necessarily in the field of building materials)
  • Confident and professional telephone manner / communication
  • Organised with high attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • Reasonable IT skills
What will I be doing in the roleWorking as part of our inhouse sales team, you will undertake account management duties, regularly liaising with current customers to understand their current and future requirements, building lasting relationship through understanding their needs and deliveringa high standard of customer service.You will be provided with warm leads and enquiries to contact over the phone and via emails, using these opportunities to introduce Minster as a supplier of choice. You will assist with pricing requests and keep good administration of your customer interactions.Additionally you will be tasked with contacting previous and lapsed customers to rebuild relationships and look to bring them back onboard.So to sum up:
