Job Description

The RoleCustomer Development Manager - Jewson Builders MerchantsJewson are a part of Saint-Gobain - Winners of TOP EMPLOYER UK AND GLOBAL 2016-2021Our ambitious Jewson team are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Development Manager (CDM) who prides themselves on delivering first class service and who can really make a difference.The main purpose of your role will involve proactively maximising sales and margins, whilst developing and maintaining good customer relations within your network. You will also need to build relationships with customers, via the telephone and in person, to help achieve sales growth for your branch.This role is based around the management of our customers, being able to look at data and see where we have gaps for development in the customers spend. Using this data we would then ensure that we are getting everything we can from these customers. You will support all branches within the designated business unit. As a part of the CDMs daily activities you will deal with customer opportunities via the our customer experience centre and will also work with quotation management.Most of the customer development managers work is proactive creating business.So if you…
