Job Description

We are recruiting for a Customer Accounts Administrator for a 6 month contract to start at the beginning of April. Our client has offices in Leeds 16 with free parking. As Customer Accounts Administrator, you will be working to tight schedules, as driven by customers accounting calendars and you will be:

  • Creating, checking for accuracy and finalising customer collections reports.
  • Producing associated documentation as required and reconciling back to the collections report.
  • Raising payment requisitions and/or invoices as necessary.
  • Importing invoices to finance accounting system.
  • Reconciling payments or invoices produced on third party data to Gamestec reports.
  • Calculate or reconcile contractual payments where applicable
  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Working with the finance team to maintain detail in spreadsheets reconciling to nominal ledger control totals.
  • This is a full-time role to start at the beginning of April. It will be a 6 month contract. The hours of work are 35 hours per week over 5 days.
