Job AdvertAre you a CRM expert with a passion for data and looking for an opportunity to innovate, own and drive our CRM comms strategy Do you have a background in data led marketing to support strategies Do you have experience of a range of digital communicationchannelsWe are looking for a CRM expert to lead and develop our strategic customer communicationprogrammes for Asda including George to nurture our early-stage customers into loyal advocates and reactivate our lapsed and disengaged customers. You will deliverdata-led, personalised customer comms programmes with innovative design across a range of channels to drive customer loyalty.Your roleThis role sits within the Asda loyalty and CRM team. You will be the lead on CRM comms for the early-stage customer lifecycle programme for Asda and the Loyalty programme. You will be working within a wider team of CRM Managers and Planners. You willwork closely with several teams across Asda to execute your plans and optimise customer comms using key insights and deliver enhanced personalisation. You will plan innovative, award winningdesignswithefficient customer journeys, managing the continualoptimisation of comms programmes through agile test and learn to improve engagement and conversion KPIs. You will work with the Senior Manager of CRM to lead on the discovery of new data sources, technology and channels to support the business strategy.You will be responsible for the leadership and development of a CRM Planner who will work with you to execute the customer comms programmes.About You
