Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for a CRM Data Analyst looking to expand their knowledge or a recent graduate looking for a career in CRM!CRM Data Strategy collaborate on campaign development with a strategic data lens, using a wide range of customer, transactional and predictive data to drive targeted, highly personalised and measurable marketing, Safer Gambling and regulatory campaigns.We continuously innovate to deliver impactful communications to our customer base to encourage customers and keep them safe, entertained and feeling valued.Its an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a huge project to overhaul our tools to deliver best in class CRM capabilities!The role will involve working a shift pattern of Tuesday-Saturday 9-5:30, 37.5 hours per week.Role responsibilities:

  • Drive our CRM tools (Unica & SQL developer) to build accurate and measureable data selections for both real time, batch and customer lifestage program communications across a range of outbound and inbound CRM channels.
  • Work closely with the wider CRM & BI teams to identify areas to optimise campaign performance, drive customer engagement and improve customer experience.
  • Deliver daily campaign plans using our existing suite of multi-channel, multi-product campaign mechanics and flows.
  • Work with our Data team to ensure we have all the data we require to deliver our campaign plans.
  • Support our Senior Analysts in reviewing commercial briefs and use understanding of our data capabilities to highlight opportunities to improve campaign performance, championing relevance and personalisation.
  • Work with Data Science to test, implement and embed segmentation and modelling.
  • Follow our quality control processes to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of customer selections.
  • Motivated and thrive working in a dynamic and fast paced team.
  • Comfortable challenging and putting forth your own ideas.
  • Articulate, team-player who can collaborate with multiple teams and communicate effectively
  • Inquisitive and enjoy finding solutions to problems.
  • Logical problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM, SQL or Database Marketing would be great but not essential.
