Job Description

Credit Controller (B2B) £24000-£26000 ( DOE)Monday - FridayMorley - Leeds, Commutable from Dewsbury, Churwell, Birstall, Headingley, Wakefield, Bradford, Halifax, Castleford, BarnsleyAre you a Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career with a well established company who offer training, development & long term progressionThis fantastic company specialize in the waste & recycling industry on a nationwide basis. Due to a very busy period they are now looking for a Credit Controller to join the team.The role would suit a Credit Controller with B2B experience in a commercial setting who is looking for a Monday - Friday role with a great company. The role:

  • Reviewing credit limits, obtaining credit checks & references, obtaining payment of due/overdue debts
  • Credit Control duties on a B2B basis
  • Reconciling accounts, Analyzing & and manipulating data using Excel
  • Logging queries, working with customers & colleagues in other departments to optimize cash collection whilst ensuring commercial relationships are maintained
The person:
  • Previous experience in a similar role as a credit controller
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication & organization skills
  • Positive "can do" problem solving attitude
  • Excellent IT skills
  • ICM qualification would be desirable although not essential
