Our client are a leading online retailer based just outside Leeds and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Creative Designer & Videographer. You role will be to lead on visual output, working closing with the buying, marketing and social team to develop and deliver on all content requirements through creative input, videography, technical solutions and general production assistance. You will work closely with Marketing to drive and develop the brand’s visual identity across all channels. Roles and Responsibilities Videography - Lead on all videography requirements - Film and edit videos for both in-house generated and brand instigated briefs to the highest standard and deliver within deadlines. - Continually adopt new skills and techniques that reflect the latest trends to ensure our visual output feels ahead of the curve. - Assist in developing briefs for all video output requirements across owned channels. Production - Assist with the execution and planning of all shoots - Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute shoots. This would require, logistical planning, equipment hire, location hunting and general roll out / content deliverable plans. Creative - Be the go-to team member for generating new creative concepts (not just video) for output across all channels and work on quality control to ensure we have a cohesive and considered TOV,particularly across owned campaigns. - Continue to build a rich and diverse reference board of creative ideas and inspiration to develop and cement brand identity, and work to outline creative strategies that better inform the direction and production of content to ensure objectives are met. - Work closely with the social team to assist with elevating brand supplied assets, through the editing of AV, GIF creation etc. - Where required, generate new creative narratives for content based on the cultural calendar so the business can be reactive to both localised and global news or trends. Team development - Push and motivate the creative team to continue to produce progressive content and encourage them to elevate their skills. - Be on hand to develop and progress junior team members by giving direction and feedback throughout pre and post production, whilst also offering technical advice and guidance. - Work closely with senior members off staff to sign off visual output produced by the wider team.
