A new opportunity for a COSS / PIC to join our expanding team, working on the LNE & LNW Framework for Network Rail.Your Responsibilities:• As a General Foreman at CML you will always work in and promote a safe manner following appropriate procedures and instructions at all times.• You will organise, motivate and supervise all site operatives & subcontractors as well as identifying training needs and competencies of site operatives.• You will work on the LNE & LNW Framework for Network Rail undertaking railway maintenance work including but not limited to vegetation clearance and brickwork.• You will be responsible for liaising with Clients / visitors in a professional manner and where necessary, carry out; inductions, site briefings of method statements and activities, daily inspections and record any changes. This will include taking photographs and record additional works found to the Project Manager / Site Manager and ensure return to head office.• You will be required to get stuck in with other tasks when not utilising your skills / trade, we work as a team at CML.Desirable Skills:• Civils / Rail backgroundPreferred qualifications:• PTS• COSS / PIC (at least 5 years’ experience)• SSSTSOther Information:• Most of our current projects are regional, therefore from time to time you may be required to lodge / work away• Share driving / Full UK Driving Licence• Flexibility to work nights / weekends• Permanent position• Training & development provided & maintained by our T&D teamPackage dependent on experience.If you are interested in this role and would like to apply, please follow the instructions.
