Your role will encompass nearly all aspects of advice to SMEs in challenged situations, whether acting for a lender or investor or directly to the business; advice that will cover advisory elements such as IBRs, restructuring and turnaround and formal insolvency appointments, trading companies in Administration and company sale. As a senior manager you will need extensive experience of both elements of formal appointments and advisory experience, strong interpersonal and people management skills and a desire to be market facing and contribute towards business development. A formal accounting qualification such as ACA (ICAEW), CA (ICAS) or ACCA would be highly advantageous as would your JIEB insolvency qualification.In return you would enjoy working a high quality corporate case load alongside excellent and knowledgeable professionals for a firm with a first class brand.
