Job Description

Our client, an award-winning leading enabling works provider in Leeds, are looking for an experienced contracts manager to join their passive fire department. As a contracts manager you will liaise with clients, suppliers, internal teams and other key stakeholdersto ensure the smooth running and successful completion of all projects. The key objective is to deliver projects on time and within budget, adhering to all quality, legal and compliance requirements.Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multiple passive fire protection projects simultaneously
  • Review all contracts and project proposals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress
  • Create positive, impactful relationships with all major stakeholders
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Effectively resolve any disputes or issues that arise
  • Champion a safety-first culture
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures
Required experience / qualifications
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • FIRAS, IFC or equivalent assessed
  • NVQ level 2 in Passive Fire Protection
  • Previous contract management experience ideally within the passive fire protection industry
