Job Description

Due to a change in business strategy, a rare opportunity has arisen for a new Team Member to strengthen our Installations & Service Department.Contracts AdministratorWorking closely with our Installation Coordinator, the ideal applicant will have an ability to communicate in a pleasant and intelligent manner at every level. Good administration & IT skills are a necessity, with a proven history and experience of workingwith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). IOSH Managing Safely Qualification or equivalent is preferred.The role will be wide and varied, covering a multitude of tasks to include but not limited to: Assisting the Installation Coordinator in planning and scheduling Engineer resource, Hiring plant equipment, Arranging Training for our Engineers, Fleet Management,Audits & Accreditations, Pre-Installation Checks, Ferry/Customs paperwork, writing Risk Assessments & Method Statements, Assisting the Admin Team with completion of Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire paperwork.Working full-time (39 hours) and based at our Leeds office, the successful person will be a good team player, have a natural curiosity and also the drive, determination & patience to see the varied tasks of this role through to the end.
