Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Contract and Commercial Manager - Public CloudSALARY: The salary banding for this role is £61,641 - £68,490LOCATION: Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax or ManchesterHOURS: 35 hours, full timeWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.About this opportunity Would you like to manage multi-million-pound contracts with global Technology Service Providers as part of our Contracts & Commercial function We provide central, independent supplier assurance and informed analysis to ensure service quality and to positivelyinfluence the commercial landscape of our organisation.You’ll have operational responsibility for one or more contract agreements. You’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of the agreement(s), from development through to execution and termination. You’ll coordinate contract change control and internal& external communication regarding the agreement and the supplier relationship. You’ll form the interface between defined client functions and the supplier, ensuring input (e.g. business and compliance requirements) and participation in decision making suchas review and approval of deliverables or mitigating actions.Other responsibilities include providing Subject Matter Expertise to support to the Group on the obligations and expectations within Cloud contracts. Supporting colleagues with agenda items at Governance committees including risks and issues, SLA’s, commercialspend, billing and Service Credits and capture and progress actions relating to Private and Public Cloud Services.You’ll have ownership of the deliverables and obligations tracking for the contracts. You’ll be leading the commercial relationship with our suppliers, ensuring the management and resolution of contractual issues to minimise the impact of service disruptionsand delivery delays.
