Job Description

RESEARCH MANAGERLEEDS (hybrid)£40,000 - £45,000 + benefitsInterested in being a part of a boutique agency thats eager to grow and drive their insight function while supporting various clients across different sectors Then this is a fantastic opportunity for you!THE COMPANY:This is a growing research agency with a HQ based outside London and now a growing team in Leeds. They focus on offering bespoke mixed methods research to support their varied client base across FMCG, travel, retail, telecoms, you name it!WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DOAs the Research Manager, you will be focusing on:

  • Lead on mixed methodology projects of various scale and size, with an ever-so-slight majority on qualitative work as opposed to quantitative
  • Work with different clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, then tailor a solution
  • Moderate in-person interviews and data collection to understand consumer feedback and opinion
  • Interrogate numbers to find insights and recommendations
  • Present findings to stakeholders through data storytelling and compelling presentations
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOUThis could suit a Senior Research Exec looking to take a step up, or an existing Research Manager looking for a new challenge! The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong experience in mixed methodology research, preferably from an agency background
  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • The ability to understand data and share key insights into drivers behind customers, their motivations
  • Great communication skills and the ability to convey a story through data
  • Confidence to work with various business stakeholders
