Job Description

Complaints Handler£12 per hour - 3 month contracted role with the opportunity for a Permanent contract if you are a top performerLocation: Leeds, West YorkshireHours: Monday to Friday, Full time working hoursWe are currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler, to work within the Query Resolutions team, based in Leeds. A great opportunity for someone who wants to get into a contracted role, to try something new, or a candidate who is looking for the opportunityto prove themselves in a role and show their skills within a professional company.Whats in it for you as a Complaints Handler

The Key Responsibilities of the Complaints Handler
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls where necessary
  • Responding to emails in the agreed timescales
  • Providing customers with resolution
  • Understanding the process of escalation where required
  • Processing orders and refunds for customers
What are we looking for in a Complaints Handler
  • Previous experience with complaint handling or query resolution
  • Great communications skills written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated and resilient
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential
