  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts (including MSA’s and SOW’s) with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards
  • Financial Reporting: Track, challenge, report and communicate all key commercials to appropriate stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Opportunity Reviews: Work with BJSS and client stakeholders to ensure all business opportunities are reviewed and updated weekly
  • Financial & Risk Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for both existing and potential business opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support decision making
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholder (Directors, C-level) expectations and communicate the status of any contracts or opportunities under review. Build and maintain strong relationships with both client and internal teams tofacilitate effective communication and collaboration. Ability to discuss complicated commercials and issues with clients
  • Facilitation of Meetings: Regularly attend and facilitate internal account team meetings and client commercial meetings
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all commercial activities
About YouWere looking for someone who’s:
  • Possesses a commercial background and an understanding of consultancy contractual arrangements
  • A proven track record of handling complex contracts in a similar commercial environment
  • Demonstrable ownership of projects from initial stages through to completion
  • Awareness of public sector procurement legislation
  • Demonstrable experience of project management, stakeholder engagement, commercial and presentation skills
