Job Description

HW People is thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic Legal 500 National law firm.   • Experience: Minimum 4 years PQE in Commercial Disputes/Litigation.
  • Expertise: Proficient in handling diverse cases, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, company administration breaches, directors duties, breach of confidence, professional negligence, and fraud.
  • Teamwork: Prior experience working in a busy, reputable Commercial Disputes team within a well-recognized practice.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team development and coaching.
  • Business Development: Proven experience in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and relationships.
  • Technology: Working knowledge of IT systems such as Word, Outlook, case management systems (ideally Proclaim), and digital dictation systems.
  • Autonomy: Exhibit a strong ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
