Job Description

Are you an ambitious individual looking to develop a career in the financial services marketplaceOutstanding commercial Account Handling opportunity in West Yorkshire with a market leader with exciting future plansThis is an excellent role within a fast paced and dynamic environment with a variety of opportunities for personal development and career progressionLocation; Leeds, Bradford, Keighley, Skipton Huddersfield, Wakefield, Castleford, Pontefract Halifax, or surrounding areasYou will;

  • Provide a high level of support and all-round excellent level of service
  • Answer general enquiries, support the renewal process, deal with midterm adjustments and the associated administration.
  • Provide support to clients whilst identifying cross selling opportunities where appropriate.
  • Be well rewarded, with a salary of up to £30,000 plus company benefits

You will be:
  • Currently working in customer service, account handling, sales or administration and seeking to progress your career
  • Possibly working in a financial services marketplace. Some exposure to commercial insurance would be welcome
  • Interested in joining a leading UK firm that will value your input and commit to training & development including support with professional qualifications
  • Hold a good knowledge of Microsoft products, be comfortable with technology and have a positive approach
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Motivated by providing solid advice and customer service for your clients
