Job Description

Collections Officer - Leeds£18,000£23,000 - Plus Excellent Benefits Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a large, prestigious business to recruit a Collections Officer to effectively manage the overdue debt for a portfolio of clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly people focused company who willinvest in you and your career. The Collections Officer duties will include:

  • Take ownership of allocated customer portfolio to chase any overdue payments
  • Effectively report any problems to the Collections Manager
  • Liaise with customers over the phone, letter and email
  • Successfully manage and resolve customer queries
  • Updating direct debit details
  • Ensure portfolio is up to date and accurate
  • Build long lasting relationships with customers
  • Answer any outstanding email in the collections inbox
Required skills and experience:
  • Previous experience within a credit control or collections background
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An enthusiastic self-started ability to work towards deadlines
