  • Developing efficient and accurate CNC programs for milling machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Setting up and operating CNC milling machines, ensuring precision and adherence to project requirements.
  • Conducting thorough quality checks to guarantee the accuracy of machined parts.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving programming or operational issues to minimise production downtime.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to optimise processes and enhance productivity.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Proficiency in CNC milling programming and operating, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and fixturing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into precise machining instructions.
