Job Description

Clinical Applications Specialist - Respiratory DiagnosticsA global company that has led the way in the development and manufacture of respiratory ventilation products for 65+ years.   • Northern England and Scotland.
  • Basic £37-42k with £15k Commission (Uncapped with accelerators for over performance), Car allowance and exceptional benefits.Product Portfolio - A full respiratory diagnostics portfolio dealing with Spirometry, Single Breath CO Gas Transfer, Lung Volumes - Gas Dilution and Full Body Plethysmography , CPET & ECGRole -As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be a part of our Clinical Operations team supporting our software and hardware product lines used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory conditions. In this field-based role, you be responsible for the success of our customer deployments. This will include product training, testing for continuing education credits, and strategically partnering with the sales and services teams to provide our customers an exceptional experience. You will also Account Manage a number of customers in terms of sales and clinical support within a set remit. Full support and training will be provided on products and account management.
  • Develop, plan, and manage customer training programs.
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site product and service training to customers and maintain customer relationships. Trainings may range from 1-4 days.
  • Be a strategic partner during pre and post sales activities by leading or participating in product and service demonstrations and/or the design, implementation and monitoring of new products or services.
  • Provide technical and clinical product insight during the sales process by demonstrating product value to decision makers to orchestrate a successful product conversion within the customer’s organization, as needed.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and by product improvement by effectively communicating customer needs.
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively to meet needs of the customer and also of the business. Able to prioritise tasks based on business need.
  • Applicant -Candidates will be considered from one of the following backgrounds -Respiratory Scientist / Respiratory Physiologist / Respiratory Diagnostics / Pulmonary Physiologist /Pulmonary Scientist / RCCP Registered Clinical Physiologist / Respiratory Physiology Degree, (Master’s preferred) / Registered/Certified Pulmonary Function PhysiologistWe are looking for candidates to demonstrate -
