Job Description

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a vibrant and collaborative environment Were seeking an individual to join our Client Management team in a challenging yet rewarding Client Manager role.About the role:As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our relationship with its clients by delivering high quality account management across a varied portfolio acting as the key interface between the Client and the internal business units withinTU.Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organisations growth through positive client-to-business engagement.Day to Day you will:

  • Takes ownership of the Client Management & TU Business goals, independently delivering and executing against these, to promote and develop yourself, in order to provide expert management of the client base.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts from trial and Onboarding through to BAU on-going relationship management.
  • Is able to problem solve by analysing solutions using own judgement, and has the ability to handle contentious or more complex queries.
  • Works closely with our Sales teams to proactively support all new and existing client relationships, in order to retain and grow our client base, in a way that drives the highest NPS score possible.
  • Interpret/Understand complex topics and successfully communicate all relevant details in an appropriate way and level for the respective audience.
  • Builds and leverages relationships with other departments
  • Recognises and develops individual abilities and efforts while at the same time promoting a collaborative and cooperative team atmosphere.
  • Is a continuous champion for the organisation, sharing knowledge of TransUnion’s core products and services with the wider team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Requires a strong background in credit reporting or related industry, typically with 1 or more years’ in-depth experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven establishment and maintenance of customer relationships are essential.
  • The individual must display the TU beliefs and values, reasoning skills (analytic ability), and strong communication skills. Independence and initiative are a necessity.
  • Must be strategic-minded, able to take in information from multiple sources and circumstances and formulate an overall solution or decision to resolve problems and/or offer direction to staff.
  • Must be able to effectively resolve conflict by focusing on the outcome for the company over personal interests.
  • Ability to persuasively communicate ideas to colleagues and customers in face-to-face scenarios demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment.
  • Must have a sound working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Working patternOur work style for this position is hybrid’, which involves spending 40% of your working week at one of our office sites so you’ll need to live within a sensible commutable distance from our office.
