We are looking for an experienced and customer focused individual who is well organised, with strong attention to detail and great communication skills.   • Build, manage and develop relationships with key client stakeholders across all relevant functions. Both personally and across EVC and the client organisation.
  • Understand and help shape the client’s business and supply chain.
  • Document and update our account management and develop the Key Account Plan.
  • Design and carry out data management processes including quality control, analysis and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the client to improve service levels, reduce cost and add value in the supply chain in line with the client’s key objectives. Drive specific initiatives and ensure value generated is identified and tracked.
  • Own and run QBRs and other developmental/operational reviews.
  • Uncover and develop opportunities to add new business to the EVCFS group, co-ordinating across the group on live opportunities.
