Job Description

Join us, we’re an Investors in People Gold Standard Company.We have an opportunity for a Winter Maintenance Coordinator to join our Winter Maintenance team based from Billericay or Home. This role involves coordinating the smooth running, and day-to-day back office functions for Ground Controls Winter Maintenance accounts, a vital division in our business. You will have ownership for key activities such as the effective flow of all communication types between our delivery team and our Clients. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all our customer locations have field and/or snow teams allocated in advance of the Winter season.You will assist the account management team ensuring all Winter team are added and up to date on our client database as well as ensuring that all customer invoicing and field team payment processes are consistent across our Leeds and London based teams. You will manage a tight budget and often have to make quick reactive decisions around which supplier to use if the weather demands an immediate response.Being such an intrinsic role to the success of our business and extremely demanding, particularly during "the winter season", to ensure your success. Due to the seasonal nature of this department, during October to April you will be expected to be part of a team that covers out-of-hours calls. During this winter period you will need to work 1 day at the weekend and be on call from home 1 evening a week. Any experience within winter maintenance, facilities or account management would be preferred but isn’t essential.You will need to have the ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly and independently when required.
