Job Description

Our client are looking for experienced Insurance Claims Handlers ready to take the next step. We have a fantastic Opportunity to join a leading insurer as a Claims Broker Technician. This is a unique role where you will be able to enhance your knowledgewithin the Insurance Industry. To be considered, you must have strong claims experience ideally within a broking environment and strong client management skills.Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Processing of claims notifications and responsible for the due process
  • Dealing with claims queries, issues, conducting root-cause analysis
  • Handling and processing claims bordereaux.
  • Handle Claim payments, including reinsurance payments and recoveries
  • Process all ECF and Non-ECF Claim agreement processes with London Market Bureau, Non-Bureaux markets and relevant stakeholders
  • Process Reinsurance Claims (LORS/ Limit reinstatement)
You will have to have experience working as a Claims handler / Claims Technician, ideally with exposure to the London Market. This is a very unique opportunity where you will have exposure to London market procedures and practices.Remote/flexible working will be offered however you will be required to be in the office for training & meetings (either Leeds or Birmingham). You will be joining an established and diverse team who strive to provide excellent training.
