Much loved by locals and visitors alike, you will find a warm and friendly welcome with contemporary service at this bustling-yet-charmingspot. This island haven feels a million miles away from anywhere yet it is only a stones throw away from Guernsey and can be stumbled upon by boat or direct by a little plane.Chef (Sous, Commis & CDP)We are looking for a great natural cook with an awareness and a repertoire that would translate to a quality island pub, an ability to demonstrate financial kitchen awareness, high standards of hygiene and organization, self-motivated and with the maturityand patience to assist in the growth and continuous development of the menu and pub as a whole. Due to Brexit, we can only accept Chefs with a UK Passport or Chef with the right to work in the UK.We require a great work ethic, positive attitude, energy and a passion for great food and shared ethos in working with and celebrating the finest of locally sourced produce. It is essential you are a great team player. A couple of years of experience ina reputable restaurant, bistro, or gastropub would be ideal but not essential.Salary based on position
