Case Checker / Administrator - Central Leeds. Salary c£20-25kMy client is an award-winning Nationwide team of Financial Advisers who provide Solutons to both businesses and individuals alike, throughout the country.We urgently require a Case Checker / Administrator or to join the expandoing Administrative team,s in te Central Leeds offices.As a Case Checker & Administrator you will be working as part of productive, high performing team to provide full support to the Financial Advisers & Paraplanners of the business across Checking Case files and ensuring their Compliance against FCA regulations, to general Administration tasks assignmed by Advisers or Paraplanners.Your role would be to offer the most efficient, professional and effective client service possible with a high focus on quality and accuracy.Your specific dutis within the role will include:Dealing with cases on behalf of the Financial Advisors & ParaplannersChecking all details of the case and sending out the appropriate written correspondence.Going through cases (where appropriate) with Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure accuracy.Ensuring that all client records and data are maintained accurately and efficiently within internal systems.My client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 2-3 years expereience within Financial Services, with a Financial Services organisation. You will ideally have a desire to develop yourself within Financial Planning, and ideally will have started studying towards your Diploma in Financial Planning, having passed a number of the examinations towards Level 4 Diploma status coupled with some basic knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection. Any previous experience ithin Case or File Checking would be to you advantage, but isnt specifical;y necessary.
