Job Description

Job reference: RP/CAS2/LEEPay Rate: £11.38 up to £15.40Hours: 35 hours per weekContract until May 2023Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.One of our Housing clients are looking for a Referrall officer to be the first point of contact for all CAS-2 related enquiries. The service provides accommodation for those individuals who are being released from custody.Your will be making the decision as to an individuals suitability and eligibility for placement into the service.

  • Maintain accurate records relating to enquiries, referral applications, risk assessments, outcomes and placements of service users, analysing and reporting any inregularities to the Hub Manager.
  • Engaging with referral agencies and local authorities
  • Will be working clearly and concisely to obtain the required information to refer to the most appropriate point of contact.
  • Making defensible decisions on referral suitability and documenting any additional risk.
  • Required to log and respond within policy and advise delegated authorities, of all complaints, feedback and compliments received.
Essential skills:
  • You will be an excellent communicator with efficient time management skills.
  • Adept ain the use of Microsoft Packages, as well as other relevant IT Equipment.
  • have an interest in working or background within the Criminal Justice System.
  • Completing Assessments and completing safeguarding
  • Can display work with vulnerable and complex need people.
