Call Centre Sales LeadLocation: Leeds - office based 5 days a week Monday - FridaySalary: £50,000 pa + monthly commission + incentivesHours: Varying start and finish times between 9am - 6:30 pm, finish 5:30pm on FridayBasis: Permanent, full-timeWhat is offered:

Call Centre Sales Lead Vacancy:The successful candidate will join a large call centre and manage a team of four B2C outbound Sales Team Leaders who each manage a team of 10 agents. This is a growing call centre therefore you have the opportunity to work with the senior team to establishbest practices and shape the culture. This company has an excellent employee retention rate and is long-established as a recognised brand.Responsibilities:
  • Call centre sales lead coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team.
  • Leading from the front and able to switch from strategic tasks to sitting with the teams.
  • Driving individual development and learning opportunities.
  • Work with senior management to embed new call center and CRM technologies recently adopted.
  • Coach on sales techniques, drive incentives to meet targets, and create a fun and motivated team environment.
  • Hands-on analysis and reporting of sales metrics
  • Bring creative thinking on getting the best from your team and showcase your abilities in sales and people management.
  • Build on your management experience with opportunity for progression within the senior team.
Skills & experience desired:
  • Proven call centre team management and leadership experience
  • Contributed to onboarding of new call centre technologies and keen to play a pivotal role in continuous improvements
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proven experience reporting sales metrics and use of CRM and call centre technologies
  • Enjoys working in a targeted but fun and relaxed call centre sales environment.
  • You enjoy autonomy to bring new ideas in sales methodologies, motivating and inspiring our team.
  • Flexible to be office-based in Leeds Monday to Friday.
