Job Description

NHS England -Business Support Co-ordinatorLocation: Leeds City Centre (Quarry House)Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours) 09:00 - 5:00Pay: £13.12 per hourTemporary contract until end of June 2022, possibility for review for extension or encouraged to apply for permanent positions within the NHSAs a Business Support Co-ordinator, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Service Management Team to support the Business and Governance Manager in discharging theirresponsibilities.In particular the post holder will:

  • Provide high quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis.
  • Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery.
  • Support the Business and Governance Manager to ensure the effective operation of the team.
  • Book travel arrangements for the team if applicable
  • Support the management of the teams central email accounts
  • Provide administrative support to monthly meetings ensuring that meeting papers are produced in a timely manner.
  • Provide secretarial cover for Board meetings when required.
  • Provide diary management for the team
  • Support management of project/programme activities including gathering and updating documentation
  • Support the tracking and reporting of key actions, risks and issues.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of audit actions.
  • Support the management of the teams information archive and shared file system.
The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
  • Knowledge of project principles.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to re-prioritise
  • Ability to work without supervision. Able to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight deadlines.
  • Experience across all Microsoft packages
  • Communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Previous NHS experience would be desirable
