Page Personnel have partnered with a leading Financial Services company in the recruitment of a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, confidential and proactive support to the Sales Directors.Client DetailsPage Personnel have partnered with a leading Financial Services company in the recruitment of a Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive, confidential and proactive support to the Sales Directors.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day administration on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Communicate with internal and external individuals, correctly prioritising matters, acting in a timely manner, pre-empting meeting discussions to assist the Sales Team.
  • Schedule executive meetings ensuring agendas and papers are delivered on schedule, records are made and actions followed up and delivered on time.
  • Maintain diaries and e-mail accounts including filtering e-mails, highlighting urgent correspondence, responding and delegating as appropriate.
  • Organise meetings including, as required and taking minutes.
  • Monitor the progress of projects on behalf of the Sales Team.
ProfileThe successful candidate:
  • An experienced PA, undertaking a range of duties that are well matched to this position.
  • Has worked within a corporate environment.
  • Sales background would be desirable.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Accurate minute taking skills, speed-writing skill.
