Job Description

A new Business Development Manager position for a leading UK law firm based in Leeds. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will be Business Development lead for the company, and will with the wider marketing and BD team. Therole is offering great benefits and will be 2 days a week in Leeds.Client DetailsMy client are one of the leading legal firms based in Yorkshire, and one of the top 5 in Europe within their specialism. With offices based in Leeds, they are looking for an experience Business Development Manager to join their Marketing and BD team.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include:

  • Working with legal professional to develop clear sales plans
  • Research and support on strategies for prospect contacts and sales development areas
  • Provide support on the tender processes
  • Regular reviews of sales plans each quarter
  • Chase follow up and where relevant undertake follow up
  • Attend events nationally and internationally when required
  • Work directly international sales teams and firm plans
  • Work with the BD team to develop the new CRM system for sales management and reporting
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your predefined group of attorneys
  • Support the marketing team on key messaging and campaigns
  • Feed intelligence from the mark into the marketing team
ProfileThe successful Business Development Manager will have the following skills and experience:- Educated to a degree level- 4+ years experience in Business Development/Marketing- **Experience working within professional services is essential**- Experience working on tendering processes- Exceptional communication skills- Confident managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of seniority- Ability to manage multiple projects, and manage time effectively- Strong attention to detail- Experience working across sales and marketing departments- Experience working with CRM systemsJob OfferOn offer for the successful Business Development Manager:
