Job Description

We are a specialist recruitment consultancy based on Greek Street in Leeds. With a great office, amazing location, commission and benefits for working at MET we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive. This role will focus on supporting the BD team in growing the MET business and will be a developing, entry level role into the world of sales.The Role:

  • Working with the team to identify opportunities and leads
  • Working with the Head of BD to look at the plan to execute and convert business opportunities
  • Initially manage all sales support in the team
  • Attend all training to develop your sales skills
  • Understand the MET business, our service and the markets we are targeting
  • Work to specific targets and METrics
    • The Person:
