Job Description

Our client is an established consulting firm with ambitious growth plans. The Employer Consulting business area is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to support the team in developing and expanding our platforms across our analytics, employee engagementand reward services.Responsibilities:

  • Working with the business and BAs to capture and summarise business problems
  • Working across development, business, design, and copy teams to help the team to define requirements for additional functionality and user journeys
  • Carrying out initial drafting of scoping documentation to capture development requirements for review
  • Working with development teams to capture further technical requirements and development estimates
  • Helping to draft full test scenario plans and organising and co-ordinating development sprints including sprint planning, mid-sprint review, release review, retrospectives
  • Updating backlogs
  • Taking meeting notes and circulating / monitoring tasks to be actioned
  • Carrying out research to help the Analysts with market analysis, competitor analysis and technology trends
  • Assisting the Analysts to communicate and support delivery of training of the platform features and development plans
  • Seeking feedback across all stakeholders and users
Key Experience required:
  • A relevant degree or Business Analysis qualification, together with appropriate experience for the role.
  • Experience of working in a Business Analysis position before
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
  • Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous
  • Evidence of strong communication skills - verbal and written - this role sits within a client-facing business area
