Job Description

Salary Band- £35,000£50,000Were looking for a Bingo Marketing expert! Someone who understands the nuts and bolts of the online Bingo industry. Someone who can help shape our 5 year strategy. Could you be the game changer were afterIn this utterly brilliant role, youll be responsible for a £Multi-Million free bet budget as well as line management. Youll use your specialist knowledge to craft and deliver the retention strategy of our Bingo product. WHAT YOULL DO

  • Build marketing campaigns to support the weekly net revenue targets of the business. Measure the performance and success of these campaigns.
  • Drive revenue through effective use of free bet spend, servicing the new, active and lapsed player base in the most efficient way.
  • Use research and testing to understand customer motivations and behaviours to develop optimal campaigns.
  • Working with our bingo provider, develop new bingo content and features to make us stand out in the bingo market.
  • Collaborate with the Games Content team to launch new games from a range of industry leading slot providers, striving to maximise the potential revenue opportunities these present.
HOW YOULL DO IT
  • Monitor the performance of the product through analysis of key performance trends, ensuring we plan sufficient activity to meet the businesses demands.
  • Plan monthly campaigns on a quarterly basis to ensure we are delivering the right campaigns at the right times throughout the year, taking in to account seasonality, key events, game types and product launches.
  • Work closely with the Performance team to find opportunities within the player base and collaborate closely with the Product team to build new and exciting features, promotions, and content.
  • You will also work with wider teams including Media, CRM, Promo Operations and Research to deliver best in class plans.
  • Working with the Business Intelligence team you will ensure all campaigns have clearly defined metrics which can be measured post campaign alongside the ROI.
  • This role allows hybrid working giving you the choice of when to work from home and when to be in the office.
